A member since 2014, Louise is hitting prime form as a V50, which is truly inspirational and proof that hard work and dedication pays off!
After a casual trot around parkrun at the start of the month, Louise took on the 13.5m Woodhouse May Day Challenge coming home as 2nd LERC'er out of 21.
The final week of the month is where Louise really shone though, with a remarkable 'run' of results. This began with the Trent 5, where minutes were taken off her previous best. Three days later came parkrun, where a full minute was taken off a parkrun PB that had stood for 4 years, also finishing as first V50.
Finally, after collecting her LERC Winter League trophy, Louise ran her 4th PB in a row at the 10k distance, knocking nearly 3 minutes off.
A sensational 7 days, that everyone dreams of, congratulations Louise
