Tom King Run
Tom King memorial run on Sunday the 28th December. 9am starting at bramcote hills car park. An undulating 4 miles (road shoes are fine ) All abilities welcome and nobody will be left behind as it’s just a social run.
For those who didn’t know him .Tom liked to turn up at marathons with questionable throw away items from the charity shops to keep warm and discard at the start line.
So the idea like last year is to buy something as daft,silly and as fun as you want to run in from any charity shop.
Toms family are meeting us again. His brother is sourcing a trophy for “best”
dressed and his niece is baking biscuits again
It was a great turn out last year and it would be great if it could be even bigger this year. If you are newish to the club and never met Tom then please still come. He was such a smashing guy and it’s a lovely way to remember him with his family.
