BMAF Cross Country Relays - 19 November 2016, West Park
LERC will again host this event after the success of last year's race.
After many extremely positive reports from last year, British Masters Athletic Federation were very keen that the event should return. The course, much simpler and flatter than traditional cross country courses was considered ideal for this event, where the single 3k lap produced fast running and exciting team competition.
The format will be the same as 2015, with very few changes, if any at all. We will again aim to field teams in as many age categories as possible, but there will be the requirement to marshal the course again, plus fulfilling other roles to make this year just as or more successful.
Race times will be 12.15 & 13.45.
