Great Performances from LERC Ladies
Three LERC ladies recorded superb results in three different events over the last weekend. In no particular order;
Nat Teece represented Derbyshire at the Inter-Counties Cross Country Championships at Birmingham on Saturday. In a field containing most of the countries top senior lady runners, Nat finished in 168th position out of 248, and was the 3rd Derbyshire lady to finish.
Well done Nat, a deserved county vest.
Cath Rowe was in action on Sunday at Wolf's Pit fell race, which incorporated the Nottinghamshire County Fell Championships. Not only was she the 1st FV50, she was also the 1st Notts lady overall, so two well deserved county golds Cath, well done.
Finally, and also on Sunday, Sarah Harris followed up her recent Dewsbury 10k win to easily win the Fradley 10k in 35.34, showing great form.
