Only 5 LERCERs turned up to this one,it was perhaps not supprising as it was only 3 days after hertiage series, Pete Sturgess's legendry now BBQ the night before and the distance needed to be travelled to get there. However the 5 that did run aquitted themselves well. Givern Wright was 19th in 38.53 which meant he won County Silver for his age group, Ever present Alan Maplethorpe 29th in 41.02 also winning a medal this time it was Bronze for the V50 class, Rachel "if its a race im there" Woollard 133rd in a time of 50:33, Maz White and Carrie Fretwell finished together in 169th and 170th in 54:49 and 54:59
