Christmas Cracker

On Sunday 16th December Vicky Yeomans made the journey over to Leek to race the Staffordshire Moorlands Christmas cracker fell race, an 8.2-mile multi terrain race, up, over and down the Roaches in Staffordshire. Despite the freezing temperatures and ice on the ground, the majority of runners, including Vicky had entered into the Christmas spirit, dressing in festive costume to tackle the course. The atmosphere was brilliant at the start and throughout the race. The competitors were presented with a winter beanie hat as a memento and much needed hot drinks. Vicky finished in a course best time of 1:13:47.
