Shropshire Lads
5 hills and 4 miles make up the Callow Fell race held in Little Stretton, Shropshire. With 2500 feet of climbs and suicidally steep descents. Set in magnificent scenery combined with exceptional race organisation and the friendly atmosphere the race rightly deserves its place as one of England's finest fell events. Dicky Wilkinson and the ever present duo of Monty Walters and Col Bostock were representing the Long Eaton Running Club. Dicky was first back finishing 12th in a time of 67:16, Col took 88:48 with Monty 83:40
