Local Race Successes
Long Eaton runners were in winning form at recent local races, Neil Renault number 1 in the Sleaford 10K in 31:20 and Andy McNeil first in the Aston on Trent 10K with Mick McDermot 6th, Jon Hughes 8th, Phil Abbott 14th in a new PB of 41:41 and Mark Harrison was 49th.
Catherine Benson was 5th Lady, and both Dawn Shillingford and Lynn Andrews also having good races at Aston.
