I'm 3 days in to my break from running after the summer season, and already I'm gettign twitchy to crack on with VLM training. I'll be aiming for a 6 month plan to get me PBs all the way up to 26.2, with <2.35 being the aim. This year has been a let down running wise, so I'm looking forward to pushing on!
Anyway questions for you all:
- Anyone found any interesting training plans?
- Any ideas fora decent half marathon to do next year? The two that looked credible for me clash with the National XC - since that is so close it'd be a shame not to run!
- What're your aims?
