Wow, great results for LERC! Everyone should be v proud of themselves.

I was aiming for 4 hours, but didn't feel right from mile 10, despite setting off at a pace I know I'm comfortable with. I'm just really happy I held it together for 4.14, the way I was feeling I think it could have easily slipped outside 4.30.

I wasn't down as a club entry but ran for CLIC Sargent - would it be possible to include my time on the results page? My number was 38342. Thanks, Ian Grummitt

Huge congratulations to all the marathon runners; some fab times! I'm over the moon with my time and really enjoyed the race. I felt in control the whole way round and was determined to get the pace right. Finally it seems that all those early morning training sessions were worthwhile. Thank you for all the good wishes - what an amazing race it is!

It was good to see you all going past - I was cheering from FetchPoint, miles 13 and 22! Just past tower bridge :-)
