Anthony you young numpty Dave H. is quite correct!

You have to collect your No.etc.from the London Excel Centre in docklands. Don't forget your registration form and proof of I.D!

Have a look at your VLM magazine for full details of the procedures and times etc. and don't leave anything to chance!

Anyway, trust all your training is going well!

Oh no - hope you're OK to do the run - extra training = extra fitness but sometimes = more injuries! :-?

My training not too bad, got Ashby 20 next week so that will be a good un to get in - perhaps going to the Burton Beer Festival the day before isn't great preparation but there you go!

I spoke to the kind people at VLM this morning. Race Packs have not been sent out yet, but you should receive it by 26th March.

Excuse me for being blonde. But what's the registration form you refer to? I don't think I have a form.

Cheers

Don't worry when your VLM letter and pack comes through the post hopefully shortly, you will have a registration form that you need to take with you (+ photo I.D) to the Excel Centre in London to collect your No.etc!

Hope that explains!?

Cheers Paddy

Sorry for being a bit paranoid. Didn't fancy doing all this training, then finding I haven't got some form, and couldn't run!

All good.Got my registration form also.

Who is travelling down with Shelton Striders?

We're likely to be at the Excel Centre around 1PM on the Saturday afternoon - Number collected, a quick walk around the sponsors and promoters, avoiding the free London Pride beer stall :bounce: and then to the hotel to chill out.

26 days and counting !
