Could you let me know if there is anything I need to in advance or shall I just turn up at 6.30?

Thanks,

Hi ya Matt, and welcome aboard.

As long as you can run 3 miles and you have your own trainers thats fine.

Thursday's is not normally as popular as Tuesday's but should be people there for you. 6.30 is a warm up stretch with Ash upstairs, if you dont fancy that just hang around the main reception area and look for like minded people.

Shaun Burton is the mens captain if you ask for him.

Good luck see you soon

Hi Matt Shaun here Im the big guy and I usually stand on the wall out side the leisure centre just before the run to announce races and events and the like. But people will point me out. There is a club notice board just before the main hall near the changing rooms that people wait by just before the runs get under way.
Pound for pound am i the fastest?
