Thursday's is not normally as popular as Tuesday's but should be people there for you. 6.30 is a warm up stretch with Ash upstairs, if you dont fancy that just hang around the main reception area and look for like minded people.

Hi Matt Shaun here Im the big guy and I usually stand on the wall out side the leisure centre just before the run to announce races and events and the like. But people will point me out. There is a club notice board just before the main hall near the changing rooms that people wait by just before the runs get under way.
