Re: English Cross Country relays - Sat 2 Nov

Please note the men's start time is 2.40 & not 2.20 as stated in an earlier post The info sent out to Clubs had error on it with regard the Start of the Senior Men’s race. THE START TIME IS 2:40 PM and not as stated, this is later than the time printed on the Time Table sent. All other times are...

Definitely doing this one again. One of my favorite races from last year. Mud, hills and water, what more can you want.

Re: Sunday 11th November XC Chaddesden and Holme Pierrepont

Well done Charliemm. Pity there were no other ladies there to support you today but there was a clash of races, next time there should be a few more. Wise decision not to race another XC tomorrow. Two in two days is just a bit much for you at this stage.

Plenty more to pick from though.

Re: Colwick Parkrun 8th September

As you know John I ran with my wife Michelle in her first ever race. We were both missing off the results completely along with two other runners. The organisers are aware of this. Three runners have been added to the results but I am still missing. A lot of the results seem to be one place out. The...

Re: Wolverhampton Half Marathon

Might not be the most picturesque course and be a bit twisty but its still a fast course to get a time on. I ran it back in 2000, I believe it's the same course, finishes in West Park near Molineux football stadium. I came 15th in 1.16.23. The only problem I had was relay runners getting in the way ...

Re: Is Long Eaton in Derbyshire?

When LERC first became affiliated in the early days of the club it was given the choice of Notts or Derbys Due to the fact we are in Derbyshire but have a Notts post code as PABC says. It was decided at the time to join Notts as you were then affiliated to the Midland Counties AA, Derbyshire were No...

Re: HERTIAGE RACE 4 (COLWICK PARK - 5 MILES)

Bad news.

Mark struggled on Tuesday at Rushcliffe because of stomach pain.

Still feeling it today. Going to do a warm up and see how it is but not sure if he can race.

Re: BDRRL4 Carsington Water, Tues 3 July.

Due to the confusion maybe we should finish the league now and give trophys out on current league positions.
