Meet in the leisure centre in studio to the left of reception at 6.45 for a 7.00 start.

Left on to Wilsthorpe Road; right at Station on to Tamworth Road; over Harrington bridges (single file); left on to canal towpath; along towpath to the footbridge; over bridge and turn right along river path; to Trent Lock and Steamboat; along canal tow path to Tamworth Road; on to Tamworth Raod and past the library; left on to Broad Street; over the bridge in to the park; take route back to WPLC.

Left on to Wilsthorpe Road; straight on to Field Farm Road; on to Main Street at Tappers Harker; right on to Station Road to end; left on to Nottingham Road; straight on at The Green; right on to College Street to end; left on to Longmoor Lane to Eaton Farm; straight on to Wilsthorpe Road, back to WPLC.



Remember hi-vis. Keep in groups, especially on the head torch route.
