Meet in the leisure centre in studio to the left of reception at 6.45 for a 7.00 start. We appreciate it's a bit warmer but please don't congregate in the reception area.

Right on to Wilsthorpe Road; Right on to Derby Road at Eaton Farm; straight on at The Green on to Nottingham Road; Left on to High Road at Toton Corner; up the hill to A52 Bardills island; straight over then left on to New Eaton Road; Left on to Brookhill Street to bottom; left on to Derby Road to Sandiacre crossroads; left on to Longmoor Lane to Eaton Farm; straight on back to WPLC.

Right on to Wilsthorpe Road; right at Eaton Farm on to Derby Road; straight on at The Green on to Nottingham Road

This is a challenge to see if you can maintain pace and, hopefully, all finish at roughly the same time back at WPLC.
