Meet up in the cafe on the first floor from 6.45 for a 7.00 start of the run.

Please wear a high visibility or reflective top. It will be getting dark toward the end of the run tonight.

South along Wilsthorpe Road. Cross roundabout to Fields Farm Road. Continue past Tappers Harker and along Cross Street. Turn right into Station Road. Continue to Nottingham road and turn right. Follow Nottingham road to the traffic lights at McDonalds. Turn left onto Swiney Way and continue to Stapleford Way. Follow to High Road and back onto Nottingham Road. Continue back into Long Eaton to Derby Road. Left onto Wilsthorpe road and return to WPLC.

To Wilsthorpe Road island (Eaton Farm pub) – Straight ‘on’, Petersham Road – To the bend to

Crossover – Left Longmoor Lane & under Motorway bridge – Right Stile and path across the ‘horse’ field

-To Stile and straight ‘on’, Old Derby Canal path – To ‘Navigation’ pub. Left onto Risley Lane and then first right onto Stevens Lane. Continue to Main Street, turn left onto Main Street, continue to Wilsthorpe Road, Eaton Farm pub and then right onto Wilsthorpe Road to return to WPLC.

I'll be doing a medium route of 5ish miles if anyone fancies it.

Cutting the final loop of the long route.
