Meet up in the studio room to the left of reception 6.45 for a 7.00 start of the run.

Making good use of the clock change to UTC+1 by heading through West Park, across bridge at far Eastern end of the park. Left onto Milner Road and turn left at the end of the road and onto the canal. Head left on canal path and follow to Trent Lock. Turn right to cross bridge and follow canal, keeping the Golf Centre to your right. At the railway line, cross the shooglie bridge and continue toward Tamworth Road. Turn right and follow Tamworth Road to Railway Station. Turn left and follow Wilsthorpe Road back to WPLC.

Welcoming the graduates of the latest C25K group to the Thursday night club runs. Volunteers also wanted to run with the group.

Head through West Park, across bridge at far Eastern end of the park. Left onto Milner Road and turn left at the end of the road and onto the canal. Head left on canal path and pass under bridge at Fields Farm Road. Turn immediately left and left again to follow Fields Farm Road to Railway Station. Take Wilsthorpe Road back to WPLC
