Meet at 6.45 in studio to the left of reception.7.00 prompt start for both run options.

Through park to Broad Street; cross Tamworth Road on to Salisbury Street and West Gate; right on to Main Street; left at Tappers Harker and over the level crossing; right on to Meadow Lane and over the next level crossing; bear right at the end of the allotments on to Pasture Lane (don't go on to Trent Meadows!); turn right towards Cranfleet Lock; turn right at Cranfleet Lock along the cut to Trent Lock; right at Trent Lock along the Erewash Canal to Tamworth Road; right on to Tamworth Road; left on to Broad Street; over the bridge in to West Park and back to WPLC.



Headtorches are [url]compulsory[/url] on this route. Take special care along Pasture Lane, as there is no path; and keep together in groups at all times.

Left on to Wilsthorpe Road; straight on to Field Farm Road; on to Main Street at Tappers Harker; right on to Station Road to end; left on to Nottingham Road; straight on at The Green; right on to College Street to end; left on to Longmoor Lane to Eaton Farm; straight on to Wilsthorpe Road, back to WPLC.



Hi-vis should be worn by all runners.
