Agree with omission of #2. I did it a few years ago and it was decent (2013?)... but there weren't many of us, and it is a long way to go for a 'local' race (and I don't remember it being cheap either). To keep the number down to something sensible (especially if all county races for both counties, and both road running leagues are to be fully included), leaving it out seems prudent.
For the number of events, ideally this would be as an absolute maximum, the number of events that count in the league, plus one less than the number of events that count. So if it is 10 to count, 19, if it is 8, then 15. This means that there will always be at least one head to head to separate any ties.
Any plans to include a marathon in the rankings this year? To keep it open to all the different ones people do, ideally it'd be ranked by time for any measured marathon within the summer league window (first race to last race). That would bring in London, Manchester, Brighton, and any others.
Lookign forward to seeing the full list. Also hoping Mansfield 10k isn't on this year (awful course, and woefully short).
