Anyone torn a hamstring before? How long does it take to heal?

I've had hamstring problems before and advise that you see a physio, e.g. Impact Physio in Long Eaton. The problem may not be the hamstring but tendons etc around it. A Physio will be able to diagnose it and give exercises to do that will help. Rest may be the answer to give it time to recover and the time taken to heal depends on how bad it is.
