Hi guys,

I was fighting it all year ruound but is finally got me at the end. It's been almost a year since I start to notice it. It's start it with a sharph pain to the lower inner leg just above the ancke. I am on some anti inflametry for 4 weeks. I am out of action for at least 6 weeks.

What did it for me an hill workout last Wednesday.

I had a stress fracture of a metatarsal a year ago. Started running again after 7 weeks.
If you try to come back before it is properly healed you will end up back at square one and be out for another 6 to 8 weeks.
Just make sure you build your milage up gradually when you start running.
Too much to soon and it will fracture again.

Quick Update:

4 weeks off without any pain... so far so good....

I have slowly begin to running again no pain.....

My daughter sat on my lower leg that still hurt....

I can walk and run on it but if I touch it is hurt....

CONCLUSION: X-Ray next FRIDAY
