Max H.R.

Hello All

I've been experimenting lately on training within certain heart rate zones. However i'm using a 220 Minus Age formula to estimate my Maximum Heart Rate, but it's only an estimate and i'm not convinced it's accurate for me. It seems a bit high.

I obviously need to perform a physical test to record my Maximum, but unsure of the best method to do this. Does anyone have a preferred method?

Thanks

Yes tonight hill reps, I belive you do them as normal ie warm up run and then do the reps and use your HR from the last two or three runs to give you your max HR O:)
