must have been a tight finish if you had the same time as the first man but only came 19th - where's the photo?

A blanket finish the likes of which all 19 of us will never forget! I'd like to say an anomaly in the space-time continuum caused the result but the reality is just that I was so bo***xed after the race and having to spend 10 minutes lying in the river to make the pain go away I nearly promoted Colin to that eagerly awaited 1st place when I iphoned the results in!
My result was a more pedestrian 64:32 -43:55 up and that's 2.9 miles up at 15:09 miling! And down in 20:37 7:07 pace on a very rocky technical route interspersed with mountain bog. Great little race top sandwiches afterwards!
