Sunday7th Feb- 12 miles off road

Laura and I are running 12 off road miles, starting at 8am from the Navigation inn at Breaston. It's muddy, scenic. There will be chatting. All welcome X

I'm wearing my trails, there is a bit of canal path though and the path up to hopewell.

Can you post a garmin link when you've been please? Be interesting to see if there bits I can incorporate in to my routes!

If you log in to Garmin connect, you should be able to see a share button? or alternatively do you use FetchEveryone or Strava? You can also share links from there.

Fetch, just paste the link of the run, so my tempo today:

Garmin, again just paste the link to the run when you view it on the website. So my jog yesterday:
