Super Saturday 30th Jan

Postby ScootCowboy » Wed Jan 27, 2016 1:30 pm

Can't run Sunday this week. I was going to do Long Eaton parkrun on Saturday and try to sneak 7 miles on the end of it. Probably out the park, down the flashers canal to Trent lock, round and round a bit and back into Long Eaton. I'm really good at route planning. I'll be wheezing over the parkrun finish in about 27 minutes - wait for me if you fancy it. Perhaps cheer my name. Give me a S..

I might be headed off round the river via the canal with Daisy after parkrun....
