Bramcote Hills Monday 6.30pm

Postby Woolly » Mon Apr 20, 2015 11:47 am

Who wants to get the Bramcote Hill sessions 6.30pm onwards every Monday started again?
Thinking of getting stronger overall, for fell races and just good fun.

Same format as before warm up & recovery around the flat outskirts of park followed by as many loops around the 1k trial along up around and down ... repeat!!
Starting by the tree stump left side kids playground side (water bottles hid behind tree!)

I can't make it tonight 20th April, but who's up for it?
Every week, for all abilities you do as many reps as you like, all training.

Expect marathon runners to be recovering or tapering so when you're ready come join in after!

If you're done quickly the ice-cream man will still be there!

It was great last year to see so many of you and mini lercers on the park!!

Anyone up for meeting tonight? I've got a parkrun meeting so can't make it but doesn't stop a group of you meeting?

I suspect we can get this properly off the ground running over the next couple of weeks for secret fell hill training and once legs recovered from marathon training!
There is a fell race tomorrow night also so either save the legs or use that as great more scenic hill training!
