Thinking of getting stronger overall, for fell races and just good fun.
Same format as before warm up & recovery around the flat outskirts of park followed by as many loops around the 1k trial along up around and down ... repeat!!
Starting by the tree stump left side kids playground side (water bottles hid behind tree!)
