Sunday 22nd Feb

Postby Sheila » Tue Feb 17, 2015 12:38 pm

My plan says 20 miles :-? which sounds scary. I'm planning to do a sort of 2 stage run- a 12/13 mile circuit and then a 5-7 circuit. That way people can join for one or both and I won't be on my own. Also gives me the option to bail out if necessary. It'll be earlyish morning and I think we're starting at the Bulls Head. Let me know if you're coming then I can post fuller details when I've got them.
My name is not really Sheila, or Iris. It's just plain old Laura.

I'd like to do 14 but that might be too much. So 12 and then see what I can tag on the end. Earlier the better for me. 6? 5?

Bulls head. 8am unless anyone would prefer to start a bit earlier so we can finish earlier.

8 is fine for me. As is a bit earlier. Decisions are not my strength.

Anybody fancying the second leg (5 milesish) meet at Bulls head around 10ish although it's probably going to be closer to 10.15.

I think I would like to do the shorter second leg!! 10:15 at the Bulls Head sounds good to me!

Great, see you there.
Option 3 is to meet at Hills road (Breaston/Draycott border) which will give you 10-11 miles. We should get there around 8.10.
I have read the route but I can't make any promises as to how well I know it!

I'm very confused - too many options. I'll be at the bulls head at 8am on Sunday. What route are we actually doing?

Breaston-Draycott-Borrowash-Elvaston-Thulston-Towards Shardlow (I think) then Ambaston lane back to Elvaston-back along canal path to Breaston.
