We are continuing with the great running our couch to 5k graduates have done keeping from 3-4ish miles over the next few weeks on the Monday night.
It is important runners stay in groups and pairs together, looking out for each other and with our continued support.
Of course BE SAFE, BE SEEN, CROSS ROADS CAREFULLY USING PEDESTRIAN CROSSINGS AND LOOK AFTER EACH OTHER.
So hello to our Graduates -
The routes are further out there in the wilderness of Long Eaton and Breaston etc!!
So Key points are - We run together in groups, pairs, look out for each other, be safe and we will have a tail runner.
Never alone - we have come together to run together!
To adjust weeks and mileage as necessary - if you feel you are getting stronger quicker and want to run further check out the Tuesday & Thursday club runs with us here on the forum.
Routes will be published here and copied onto facebook.
* No run Easter Monday 28th March
* Join us with the running club Tuesday 29th March for a run and social after at the Rugby house, chip cobs and refreshments available so have a fiver in your pocket and join us.
