Club Training 29th September - short or long run

Join us from 6.45pm at West park leisure centre, run to start at 7pm = Be seen Be safe lots of hi viz needed now as it's dark street running.

Watch your placing of feet, as you take care with kerbs and bumps in the road - your vision will need to adjust to night running!!!



[b]OPTION 1 :5.8 MILES[/b]



Wilsthorpe Road island (Eaton Farm pub) – Right Derby Road – To L.E – Pass ‘Wiko’ store – Over the Railway bridge, Nottingham Road – Pass the ‘Manor’ House pub – Left Swiney Way – To Traffic light’s and crossover – Right Carrfield Avenue – Path across the Playing field, crossing two bridges – Up Claveland Avenue – Right Nottingham Road – L.E centre – Derby Road and back.



Can you register a speed on the speed camera on swiney way!?!?

If you feel unsafe coming across the playing field then come down High street to Manor House Pub and right Nottingham Road and back, this will be slight longer 6.2 miles.

Wilsthorpe Road island (Eaton Farm pub) – Right Derby Road – To L.E – Pass ‘Wiko’ store – Over the Railway bridge, Nottingham Road – Pass the ‘Manor’ House pub – Left Swiney Way – To Traffic light’s – Right Stapleford Lane – Crossover ‘A52’ roundabout – Up Toton Lane – Left Brookhill Street – Left Station Road – To Sandiacre Light’s – Left Longmoor Lane – Pass College Street mini roundabout – Longmoor Road – Roound the bend, Petersham Road and head back.
