Club Training 12th May - Short or longer run

Club run from West park leisure centre, meeting from 6.45pm run to start at 7pm. Short or long you decide.



[b]OPTION 1 : 5.1 MILES [/b]

To Wilsthrope Road island (Eaton Farm Pub) – Crossover at the Pelican light’s – Left Derby Road into Breaston – To ‘Dundas’ butcher shop and Left Church View – To the Stile – Right diagonal path across West Farm – ‘Coffin’ path to cross the railway lines – To Sawley Road exit – Left Sawley Road – Wilne Lane – Wilne Road– Left Tamworth Road (Nags Head Pub) - To L.E Station roundabout and head back.

To Wilsthrope Road island (Eaton Farm Pub) – Crossover at the Pelican light’s – Left Derby Road into Breaston – To ‘Dundas’ butcher shop and Left Church View – To the Stile – Right diagonal path across West Farm – ‘Coffin’ path to cross the railway lines – To Sawley Road exit – Crossover road and path in front through the gate – To ‘Armiston’ cottages exit – Left Wilne Road – Wilne Lane – Wilne Road – To Nag Head Pub to crossover, Tamworth Road – Right Lock Lane – To Golf house entrance – Left path to crossover the Narrow foot bridge – Left Erewash Canal – To ‘Pidcock’ garage bridge – Left Fields Farm Road – To L.E Station roundabout and head back.

Great run tonight - it might be a bit muddy down the coffin path trail, new trainers you have been warned!

I'm a newbie and planning on coming along tonight. Hope that's ok? I ran with the club a couple of times about 18 months ago and I'm really keen to pick back up again! Saw you guys cheering at VLM!
