Meet at West Park leisure centre, Long Eaton from 6.45pm, run to start at 7pm.



Short and long options tonight, for those taking part in Ashby you may want to do the shorter but make it shorter to 3-4 miles.

OPTION 1 : 5.2 MILES [/b]



To Wilsthrope Road island (Eaton Farm Pub) – Right Derby Road and crossover to the left pavement – Left Briar Gate – To the top and right, Longmoor Road – Pass the Petrol garage – To mini roundabout – Right College street – To the bend and crossover, Left Welbeck Road loop – Onto Bennett Street – (OPTION HERE TO TURN RIGHT AND HEAD BACK DOWN WILSTHORPE) - Left Derby Road – To L.E, crossover at the Pelican light’s – Right Market Street – Tamworth Road – To L.E railway station roundabout and head back.

For Ashby runners you might want to run the shorter option 5.2 and cut it down by heading right at Derby road.
