Please keep the reception area clear.
Please wear a high visibility / reflective top.
Run out for 25 minutes and turn to run back.
The challenge is for the faster runners to catch up with the other runners on the return leg and for the steadier runners to hold their pace and not let the faster runners catch them up.
If you want to run a shorter distance or time before turning back, then please feel free to do so.
The aim is to try to run the return leg faster than the outbound.
To West Park shelter and path to ‘Yellow’ gate exit – Right Parkside Avenue – Right Derby Road – To L.E – Pass ‘Asda’ store, Nottingham Road – Pass ‘Manor House’ Pub – Pass McDonald's – Continue Straight on at the traffic lights – UNTIL 25 MINUTES are up then TURN AROUND and RUN BACK along the same route.
