Meet in the leisure centre in studio to the left of reception at 6.45 for a 7.00 start. We appreciate it's a bit warmer but please don't congregate in the reception area.

By popular demand and to open up the choice of routes, this Thursday we have the first of a regular series of head torch runs.

Left on to Wilsthorpe Road; right at Station on to Tamworth Road; over Harrington bridges (single file); left on to canal towpath; along towpath to the footbridge; over bridge and turn right along river path; to Trent Lock and Steamboat; along canal tow path to Tamworth Road; on to Tamworth Raod and past the library; left on to Broad Street; over the bridge in to the park; take route back to WPLC.

Left on to Wilsthorpe Road; right at Station on to Tamworth Road; right on to WIlne Road; right on to Repton Road; right on to Draycott Road, then left onto Beresford Road; right onto Wilmot Street; right on to Victoria Street; left on to Tamworth Road; staight on at the station toward town centre; left at The Green; left at Eaton Farm and back to WPLC.

Remember hi-vis. Keep in groups, especially on the head torch route.
