Can we have volunteers for each pace group and tail running on the night.
Targeting a 10k or half - what is your target pace, group up an challenge each other to maintain that pace. Learn what the pace feels like and push yourself to hang on to it.

To Wilsthorpe road island (Eaton Farm Pub) – Straight ‘on’, Petersham Road – Round the bend. Longmoor Road – To Sandiacre Light’s – Straight ‘on’, Town Street – Left Kings Street – Travers Road – Wood Avenue – Right Stevens Road – Right Derby Road & crossover – Left York Avenue – Left Shaftbury Avenue – Down Hayworth Road – Right Longmoor Lane – Longmoor Road – Petersham Road and back.
Option for shorter run is to run up left Derby road, past Sandiacre lights joining back on Left York Avenue or alternatively, run out to Sandiacre lights and back.
GROUP A : (7:00min pace) and can have 6.30-6.45 pace
GROUP B : (7:30min pace)
GROUP C: (8:00min pace)
GROUP D: (8:30min pace)
GROUP E: (9:00min pace)
GROUP F: (9:30 min pace)
GROUP G: (10.00 min pace)
IMPORTANT
We will need volunteers to take a group on the night.
The rule is to attempt to do keep the group together to the end at the pace.
Also on the night if we don't get anybody to take a group on then we shall skip that group
