Club Training - 4 December - Hill repeats and progression group support, and speed session

Meet in the leisure centre in studio to the left of reception at 6.45 for a 7.00 start. We appreciate it's a bit warmer but please don't congregate in the reception area.

Right on to Wilsthorpe Road; straight on at Eaton Farm on to Longmoor Road; under the A52 then left on to Hayworth Road; left onto Netherfield Road; right back on to Hayworth Road; repeat Netherfield/Hayworth Road loop until you're dizzy; then back to WPLC along Longmoor Road and W



[b]Option two - [/b] Hill not-repeat to support the progressionists on their first hill session

Same route as above but only one rep around the hill.



[b]Option three - [/b] Speed session with Jane

Jane speed session



Set 1: 4 x 90s. 45s recovery

Set 2: 6 x 60s. 30s rec

Set 3: 8 x 45s. 25s rec

2mins between sets

run at 5k pace to improve aerobic capacity.....makes you go faster! Simple
