Meet up in the studio room to the left of reception 6.45 for a 7.00 start of the run.

Option One - 5.3 - 7.8 miles +

Right on to Wilsthorpe Road; straight on at Eaton Farm on to Longmoor Lane; continue until just after the A52 underpass to turn left into Hayworth Road. Re-group and do from 1 to 6 reps of the clockwise loop along Netherfield Road and Hayworth Road. Each rep is approximately half a mile. Re-group and then head back along Longmoor Lane, straight on at Eaton Farm and back to WPLC.

Shorter option as a progression run or for those recovering from monster mileage over the weekend.
Left onto Wilsthorpe Road, Left onto Thoresby Road, right onto Hawthorne Avenue, right onto Tamworth Road and cross roundabout to go under railway bridge. Continue to Wilne Road and turn right. Continue along Wilne Road, right onto Repton Road, right onto Draycott Road and follow to Tamworth Road. Turn left and continue to staion roundabout. Left onto Wilsthorpe road and back to WPLC.
Option Three - Couch to 5K support
The group are still going from strength to strength and are now in their penultimate week. Two lots of 15 minutes if you would like to help out and support. The positive input from so many club members has helped make this C25K group so successful. Their goal of a Parkrun and cake is just around the corner.... Let's help get them over that finish line!
