Get paired with another club member at Random, predict a time you will finish the route in (No timing device to be used) if yours and your partners time is nearest to your prediction you win a prize.

Around the new Long Eaton Park Run Route, warm up of 1 lap then the time trial round the 5k Route (2 laps) starts at 7PM come and see how fast you are over the 5k distance, the event will be timed. Also is "Chip Cob night" at the rugby Club Bar

hi everyone, the LERC5 takes place on the 14th June this year and the race will need volunteers to make it happen, there are marshals time keepers, late entry and other positions to fill, can you let me know if your available on the 14th of june to help out.
