Re: Club training - 22 January - two routes plus speed work

Okey dokey. The speedwork is very simple. 1200m, 1000m 800m 400m all with 200m recovery. For more effort we can climb back up the distances to make an inverse pyramid.
Remember, I don’t know what I’m doing. This is from my marathon plan and you’re all welcome to join in and drag me round! Lisa????

Re: CLUB TRAINING - 15 January - Two run distances or speedwork

Speedwork....very simple. 800m reps. For me this translates as 4mins on and 2mins off. I need to do at least 4 reps.
We will start with a warm up and some drills. Then probably run out and back to keep us all together. I will nominally measure and mark 800m, choosing the path with most light

Re: Club Training - 3rd May - Short, Long or Route from Trowell

It's a lovely route-canal path and trail. Shorter option would be to Park at the CP on Cossall Rd and do an out and back. Look after yourselves if you opt for that
